만도는 연구개발에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며 대외적으로 기술경쟁력을 인정받고 있습니다. 세계 각지에 포진해있는 연구진들은 항시 새로운 기회를 모색하고 있으며 제품개발 단계에서부터 최종 생산 단계까지 전 과정에서 고객사와의 긴밀한 협업으로 고객의 선호 변화를 파악하고 있습니다. 국내는 경기도 판교에 글로벌 R&D 센터를 두어 기술 개발을 총괄하고 있으며, 미국, 중국, 독일 그리고 인도 등 해외에 10개 R&D 센터를 설립하여 해외 고객의 연구개발 지원과 현지 특화된 기술 개발을 하고 있습니다.

-  총괄 매니저는 한국인이 될 예정이나, 현장 직원들과 태슬라 품질 부서와의 업무는 모두 영어로 진행됩니다. 공인 어학성적을 별도로 요구하지는 않습니다만 외국인/한국인 비율은 9대1이므로 영어를 어느 정도 하실 줄 아셔야 지원 가능하겠습니다. 

-  입사 시 파견직 형태가 아닌, 만도 소속으로 근무를 하시게 되며, 저희 사이다링크는 만도그룹의 요청에 따라 지원자 모집 및 합격자의 비자수속만을 담당하고 있습니다. 

모집안내:

· 직무 : Production Planner, SCM Planner 

· 연봉 : 5,985만원 [2021.03.09환율적용]

· 근무시간 : 주간 7am- 7pm or 7pm 또는 7am, 4일/주 [Shift근무]

· 복지 : Sick Days 3일

업무상세:

1. Production Planner: 

· Manage production efficiencies through proper scheduling of production, manpower and downtime for sanitation and maintenance.

· Responsible for control of budgeted areas such as overtime, waste of raw material and finished goods, yield, efficiency, expense, etc

· Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining product integrity; practicing highest levels of products in accordance with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).

· Responsible for health and safety of the department to establish a safe working culture.

· Establish and manage inventory control management that will monitor and maintain materials; perform cycle counts, perform inventory reconciliation during inventory discrepancy and staging of raw materials, consumables, and supplies.

· Daily review and analysis of production data.

· Recommend solutions and/or initiate actions to further increase efficiency, improve quality and reduce cost.

· Daily walk through of the facility and follow up with corrective actions of issues identified in the inspection.

2. SCM Planner

· Manage any material related network deployment activities to ensure timely project launch.

· Activities include material planning, working with sourcing for ordering, tracking deliveries...etc.

· Manage exceptions and priorities while communicating with and engaging stakeholders Consolidate BOM information and provide status updates to stakeholders.

· Collaborate with warehouse and transportation team to ensure successful delivery.

· Maintain and execute inventory replenishment model.

· Maximize inventory efficiency and reconcile inventory when needed. Support supply demand reconciliation.

전형안내:

-  서류전형과 면접전형(원격)으로 이루어지며, 두 전형 모두 지원한 회사의 인사팀에서 직접 진행하게 됩니다.

-  3월 이내로 모든 서류전형- 면접전형이 진행되며 결과까지 발표될 예정입니다.
